**Salary**: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits

Latecoere Interconnection UK Limited is a UK Subsidiary of Latecoere Group based in Toulouse France.Latecoere is a Tier 1 supplier to the commercial aerospace industry, supplying aerostructures and interconnection systems to the world’s aircraft manufacturers.

Latecoere has offices in 15 countries worldwide, and LISUK was set up in late 2018 to give the company its first foothold in UK.LISUK is at the moment a small company, specialising in the design of aerospace interconnection and harness systems, includingrouting and support mechanics.

**The Role:**

The main duties of the CAD Engineer will be to carry out design and development activities within various programs currently in work.This will cover working as part of a team developing electrical harness and interconnection systems, Multi-Route Raceways,Plastic Raceways, Flexible PCB, and Flat Harnesses for the aerospace industry.This will require skills in CAD, and a flexible and innovative approach to aerospace EWIS design.

There will also be an opportunity to influence the direction of the development of Latecoere in the UK, and to work on both commercial and military projects.

**Who are we looking for?**

**Essential**:

- You will be a qualified engineer to degree level, or similar
- Have a minimum of three years’ experience in the design of Interconnection Systems in the Commercial Aerospace industry
- Be self-motivated with a strong desire to deliver and achieve
- Be a good team-player, as well as being able to demonstrate instances of working individually
- Be experienced in using Aerospace systems such as CATIA V5 and 3D EXP, as well as competence in standard Microsoft packages
- Can deliver complex engineering concepts in clear written and verbal communication.

**Desirable**:

- Experience of working with large OEMs
