**Key Responsibilities**:
- Reviewing the current usage and quality of the HR system
- Recognise where improvements can be made and devise solutions
- Working with business leaders to develop the use of system, making it fit for purpose, for the company
- Responsible for supporting business leaders to implement additional modules
- Coach managers and employees on system use
- Complex data analysis
- Data modelling and reporting
- Quality checking data
- Working with system developers and be an expert link to supplier
- Solutions-orientated and systematic approach to issue resolution
- On job/other training in Workflow, Systems Admin, Web Recruitment, Performance Management.
- Undertake other training as deemed necessary
- Participate in regular performance reviews with the HR Systems Manager
- Working closely with the HR team in a confidential and fast paced environment
- Organising and prepping for user acceptance testing
- Establishing and maintaining management and business reports and dashboards
- Responsible for building dashboards for MI reporting to share with key business stakeholders
Qualifications Desired
- Graduate calibre or demonstrable experience in IT/Systems or related field
- Highly numerate and high level of literacy skill
- Excel Qualification
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
- Demonstrable and proven understanding of HR information needs uses.
- Solid knowledge of building using and configuring sophisticated HR Systems
- Strong organisational skills
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent customer services skills, internally and at all levels.
- Experience of large-scale report creation
- Excellent IT skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with data privacy requirements in an organisation
- 4 years experience in a systems role
- Experience of HR and/or payroll processes
- Experience of devising user acceptance testing
- Good knowledge of communication systems such as MS Teams, MS Outlook
- Experienced in creating dashboards from reports to share with business stakeholders.
