We are looking for a handyperson to assist with general maintenance tasks such as painting, gardening, carpet cleaning etc.
Training can be provided but some experience preferred.
Driving licence required own transport preferred.
Hours are flexible and can be part time or full time or a mix of both week to week, all properties we work in are empty, so can work around your lifestyle.
Applicants should be reliable, work to strict deadlines and have the ability to carry out small repairs as required to ensure a complete finish.
Rate of pay depends on age / experience.
Would suit somebody recently retired looking for some additional cash in hand or somebody looking to join a new exciting company and work their way up as we grow while learning some practical skills on the journey.
Must have a degree of physical fitness as will involve some carrying of materials up stairs.
Own transport and tools preferred.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
