**Duties**:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and plumbing
- Install fixtures and fittings where necessary
- Repair or replace broken equipment or machinery
- Work with the team completing rennovations for property re-sale

**Skills**:

- Adaptable to situations as repairs arise
- Ability to assist in all aspects of rennovations
- Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, and other general maintenance tasks
