We need a bright, confident and enthusiastic **organiser**, communicator and do-er who loves to take ownership and support the team in this fast-paced, entrepreneurial Engineering SME.

**The role**:

- We need someone who wants to thrive in a very busy environment where no 2 days are the same
- Reporting to, working with and supporting the Business Manager and the wider team, you will get involved with everything, and then some
- You will pick up the phone, dealing with everything as it happens - and a big range of people from customer to suppliers to engineers
- Dealing with sales enquiries, producing quotes, entering orders, maybe getting involved with finance admin, purchasing, researching, chasing, updating - you name it
- Great chance to hit the ground running, get involved, use your skills, learn new ones, be resourceful, add value, contribute ideas There are some essential tasks but you will carve out a unique role for yourself - and evolve constantly with the business.
- If you have Sales Admin experience, confidence, flexibility and want a real challenge that you can make your own - this role is for you
- Based at Head office in Rugby, working office hours Monday-Friday (someone looking for 4 days may also be considered)

**The Person**
- We are looking for experience in an Admin, Customer Service, or a PA role - your adaptability, initiative and common sense are far more important than the exact duties you have carried out before
- You need to be a capable organiser who can spin plates when required, and keep not only your own, but other peoples ducks in a row
- Great IT skills, attention to detail, pride in presentation
- Confidence, enthusiasm, resilience, eager to learn, roll your sleeves up and get involved
- Customer service skills, a great telephone manner, strong IT skills, attention to detail
- Flexible, capable, can-do attitude - keen to take on responsibility, build a role for yourself and become a vital asset within the business
- Experience in Engineering/Construction sectors will be an advantage - but not essential
