**Provisioning Co-Ordinator**

**Manchester/Hybrid**

**£28K-32K DOE + Excellent Benefits**

Digital Waffle is working with a highly successful and rapidly growing organisation. The Provisioning Co-Ordinator is a key role within my client's customer operations. The role holder will oversee the relevant knowledge and skills within the team to ensure consistent, high-quality service. This role requires the ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues within and beyond Customer Operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provisioning delivery of services to their customers and Project teams, governance, reporting and controls to ensure effective provisioning delivery.
- Purchasing through procurement of required connectivity, and services, provisioning & scheduling, engineering installations, and arranging professional services resources.
- Ensuring accurate invoicing and provisioning forecasting
- Documented BAU handover of provisioning workstreams to the service desk
- Purchasing through procurement of required connectivity, equipment, and services
- Ensure provisioning processes are followed and administration is completed accurately, for new or ceasing services on the contracts.
- Supporting the Sales team in the pre-sales phase where Provisioning expertise is required, and reviewing signed works before accepting them into delivery
- Contributing and delivering service improvements, in-line with the continuous service improvement program.

**Requirements you need**:

- Customer services training and experience
- Industry recognised qualification in project management. Prince / Agile is preferred but not essential. My client base lots of their processes on the ITIL framework.
- Experience of working effectively within a team and collaborating with others to achieve a goal
- In depth knowledge of provisioning, across a range of technologies and services
- Knowledge and understanding of best practice framework (such as ITIL & ISO) for the delivery of IT services
