LHH Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a supportive and growing manufacturer based in Nuneaton, who are now seeking a Management Accountant to join the business on a permanent basis, with the scope of moving into a management role in the comingyears.

**Core Duties**:

- Supporting the month end close, including calculation of accruals, prepayments & depreciation
- Complete monthly balance sheet & inter-company reconciliations
- Assist the Finance Manager in preparation of monthly management accounts
- Investigate & where required, raise rebates
- Complete stock & variance analysis
- Raise a range of reports such as Sales & Margin
- Support in KPIs, budgets and forecasts
- Complete the Quarterly VAT return
- Support compliance with all legal & regulatory requirements including year-end files & liaison with auditors

- Team player
- Advanced level of general IT skills -Microsoft Excel is essential
- Ambition to grow into senior positions
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Strong attention to detail
