Job Purpose:To identify leads and opportunities to secure new recruitment opportunities within Public Sector clientsTo expand Jumars footprint in existing clients by developing new relationships with stakeholdersTo build effective and ongoing business relationships with Jumars Client Services Directors and Customer Success Managers to identify, nurture and close opportunities for all lines of business - from newly acquired customers.To build and maintain knowledge of the core challenges and opportunities within the Jumar vertical markets and where Jumars expanding capabilities can support those challenges and opportunities

Key Performance Indicators:

No. of requirements registered 5-10Bullhorn usage & system complianceMain Responsibilities:To generate, qualify and progress opportunities within new and existing accounts. Working in close conjunction with the PS Director, Customer Success Managers and Marketing.To ensure that all relationships within these new accounts are fully developed and maximised to deliver ongoing business and pipeline.To become and be seen as a subject matter expert for Jumars Public Sector service and product portfolio.Maintain detailed sales and account plans and pragmatically progress sales opportunitiesResponsible for establishing and maintaining relationships at C level, Director level and Management level (Delivery, HR and procurement)

identifying where additional relationship support is required, aligning the clients structure with Jumars (Director to Director, Head of Delivery to Head of Delivery etc)Understand clients problem and combine Jumars capabilities/LOBs to create a solutionAbility to deliver presentations, proposals, RFP responsesNetworking (attendance at events, work a room)Stakeholder managementGrowing and developing a portfolio of accountsFollow sales process:

Structured sales conversations/interviewsQualificationFocus on targets/numbersActively manage a fluid pipeline of leads and opportunitiesForecastingClosingContract set-up (with support)Negotiation (with support)

Business development onsite (existing or prospective clients) or from Jumars head officeCreate and maintain Account PlansYou are responsible for the quality of your deliverables in line with the ISO 9001 quality standard set by the company, as well as for the continuous improvement within your processes.You are responsible for the security of your physical environments where information is stored and/or processed.You are also responsible for the operational security of the information systems you use.? You must comply with all information security procedures including the maintenance of data, confidentiality and data integrity.

Skills and Experience:

Experience gained delivery technical recruitment services into the Public Sector

ideally resource augmentation, or teams under a managed service arrangement.Ability to build solid working relationships with Jumar and at all levels within the Jumar customer portfolioTrack record of successful sales in an account development roleA demonstrable ability to grow a pipeline of opportunity, and to translate that pipeline into sales that achieve/exceed targetProficient in presenting complex solutions offerings.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.High level of motivation with strong commitment to the achievement of long-term success by providing the highest levels of service to the customer base
