**Job Role**:Bar Supervisor

**Contract**: 40 hours per week, Permanent**

**Working Hours**:Full time 40 hours a week. Shifts are scheduled on a rota basis, between the hours of 10:30am
- 00:30am(Subject to change). As we are a restaurant, the hours normally include late nights and weekends.
**Salary**:£26,000-£29,000/year DOE_, PLUS Service charge and tips_

**Job Purpose**:As Bar Supervisor, you will provide excellent customers service to our guests at all times. Support the Management team in the smooth running of the business. You will provide an outstanding beverage experience to our guests. You will lead the bar staff working on their shift, they will also be responsible for training all bar staff, assign opening and closing duties and monitor bar staff duties through to completion.

**What qualities are we seeking?**
- Minimum 1-2 year experience in a similar position
- Familiar with Japanese cocktails and beverages is **desirable**:
