Rental Agent

As a Rental Agent you will be part of a team that is the face of our organisation. You will be responsible for providing our rental services and ensuring we always meet and exceed our customers’ expectations in an environment where no two days are ever the same.

This role is fantastic for anyone who is just starting out in this industry or who wishes to continue their career. We're looking for a personable individual, with a good sense of humour and excellent communications skills; someone who can take the initiative and use common sense. **Responsibilities and Duties**
- Communicate with customers daily either face to face or over the phone
- Build relationships with customers as their local rental provider
- Effectively resolve customer queries to the best of your abilities
- Proactively promote the Company’s products and services
- Work towards daily/weekly targets to increase productivity and sales
- Have a flexible working attitude and ensure all tasks are completed accurately
- Assist with deliveries and collections for customers where necessary

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Prior experience in a customer service capacity
- Strong communication skills with a professional attitude
- Previous experience in the industry is advantageous but not essential
- Hold a valid UK driver’s licence and an excellent driving record
- IT literate
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,500.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- vehicle rental: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
