We now have a great opportunity to join our busy Commercial team at our operations centre based in Bury.

**Duties will include.**
- Process Customer Orders: Efficiently manage and process incoming customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Generate Reports: Create and maintain comprehensive reports on sales, customer interactions, and order status to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Ad-Hoc Commercial Requests: Respond to and manage ad-hoc commercial requests from clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring all needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Timely Follow-Ups: Handle chases from clients and internal teams, ensuring all queries and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Quoting for Ad Hoc Works: Provide accurate and competitive quotes for ad hoc work requests, considering client requirements and company capabilities.
- Maintain SLA’s: To proactively monitor outstanding works to ensure SLAs are met in a timely manner.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the commercial bakery & catering equipment or related industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
