Overview:
Are you experienced in delivering events that align with marketing and business development campaigns, deliver a great client experience and can help lawyers to identify business leads?

We are recruiting an Events Executive to join the Marketing and Business Development team.

You will work closely with the Business Development & CRM Manager and be responsible for planning and managing events, including seminars, conferences and corporate hospitality, delivered both in person and online.

You will join a friendly team that encourages forward thinking - you'll be supported, coached and trained to ensure you have all the skills you need. You'll be integral to the central team and be regularly involved in inputting to wider marketing team projects.

**Responsibilities**:
**What you'll be doing as an Event Executive**:

- Design clear event plans to deliver the best possible events within pre-agreed budgets, with pre-defined objectives aligned to their business plans.
- Work with our lawyers to identify the right audience for those events and make sure they are on top of their contact info to make that process smooth.
- Undertake post event analysis and collate feedback to evaluate the ROI.
- Develop and design supporting materials, including invitations, event packs and merchandise.
- Manage a direct report to help develop their skills, build their knowledge, and manage their workload.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience of delivering events within a professional services environment.
- Confident strong communication skills with staff at all levels.
- Ability to priortise workload and meet deadlines, with excellent attention to detail.

We are based in Leeds and operate a hybrid working model, so please expect to be present in the office at least 2 days per week. However, this role will clearly require a level of flexibility as the number of days and specific days in the office can vary week by week and may require early starts and late finishes, when events occur.

Please note that this role is offered on a 12-month FTC.
