To operate within the Warehouse Operations as an order picker for the fulfilment part of the warehouse operation to offer a service to our sister companies within the group - Colorlites and Lower Lodge.

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Hours - 40 per week with overtime available
- Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 3.30 p.m.
- Some weekend working required; overtime available
- Full PPE will be supplied

**What you will do**:

- Working in the Fulfilment Area, you will be required to pick correct products according to customer orders using plant and scanning devices.
- Label stock correctly to ensure efficiencies are met.
- Reporting of any issues with orders to Assistant Warehouse Operations Manager.
- This is a fast-paced environment so must be physically fit.
- Help resolve any issues that may arise with customers deliveries.
- Ensure area is always kept clean and tidy.
- May be required to support the business in other related areas on occasion.
- Ensure that client confidentiality is always maintained.
- Ensure that all working practices comply with Health and Safety Legislation
- Embrace the company’s mission statement and commitment to a sustainable future, always considering our impact on the environment, making suggestions for improvements where relevant.
- Carry out and any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time

**What you will need to be successful**:

- Regular, clear communication is an essential part of this role so excellent communication skills are a necessity.
- The ability to work calmly under pressure is a must.
- You will need to be able to work as part of a team or equally work independently, using your own initiative.
- Our clients are everything to us so a will to exceed customer expectations - at all times - is a requirement of this role.
- The ability to Work to, and meet deadlines

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
