Responsive Personnel are working closely with our client in Stratton who are looking to recruit an additional member to their team on a part time permanent basis, working as a Technical Administrator in their Swindon office

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Demonstrable experience of working within a technical administrative role
- Analytical approach
- Effective communicator both verbal and written to all levels with ability to produce accurate and timely reports
- Worked within a previous role with responsibility for data accuracy within known remit
- Working to strict deadlines
- Flexible and proactive approach
- Understanding of CAFM systems
- IT skills in MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Recognised qualification in a relevant technical discipline
- Relevant Fire Safety/H&S qualification
- Experience of working with Concept and SharePoint
- Understanding of the built environment/FM Services
- Worked within an auditing or fire safety assessment role within the built environment
- Experience of working within a secure environment

**Experience and Skills**:

- Experience of auditing and/or quality checks of others’ work
- Experience of delivering to contract requirements
- Ability to deal with various stakeholders internally and externally
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team
- Good communication, numeracy, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to deal with change
- Be able to successfully manage time, plans and other related tasks
- Be able to continuously meet contract commitments an eye for detail and technically focused and skilled

**Core Responsibilities and Duties**:
This role reports to the Technical Assurance Manager. The Technical Administrator will be assisting the Fire Administrator, will be responsible for maintaining the reconciliation of Fire Variations and Invoicing, assisting with programme of Fire Risk Assessmentsand Audits. Working with the client Fire Safety team and Audit Team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate and monitor all Fire related Invoicing, reconcile with forecasts and outcomes, with correlation to programme and maintained in line with Contract requirements.
- Facilitate and monitor all Fire related variations, reconcile with requisitions, and delivered outcomes correlation to programme and maintained in line with Contract requirements.
- Assist Fire Risk Assessment/Audit programme delivery, producing an annual programme of assessments and reviews that is shared with the client
- Ensure all FRA/Audits are delivered in line with the programme and contract
- Review all FRAs and assign work to the client’s FM Partners or the site Responsible Person, using guidance, experience, and professional judgement
- Ensure all FRA/Audit remedial work orders for FM Partners are raised on the CAFM system within contractual timeframes
- Monitor all FRA/Audit remedial works to completion, reporting on outstanding works to client
- Communicate improvement opportunities
- Assist with Assurance reviews and Project requests within the Technical Team rotation
- Other duties commensurate with the role

Location: Stratton

**Salary**: £11,250 p/a

Days and Hours: Monday to Friday - Part Time (20 Time)
