We are assisting our client in recruiting a B2C Sales Executive to join their team in Swindon. You will liaise with customers over the telephone to convert prospective orders into sales in an ethical manner. As a Sales Executive, you will play a major partin supporting the team and improving service quality.

**Accountability and Responsibilities**:

- Discuss the outcome of recent appointments with customers.
- Liaise with potential clients and how you can offer your services.
- Convert leads into sales in line with targets.
- Deliver first-class customer experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven track record in a sales role is a must - ideally B2C.
- Customer orientation and the ability to adapt to different types of characters with empathy and patience.
- Always communicate effectively with service users.
- Ability to work to targets and problem solve.
- A willingness to learn.
- Prioritise workload and pay attention to needs and concerns.
- Good administration & computer skills are required, displaying accuracy at all times.
