**Role Purpose**:
We’re seeking a dynamic, driven, and versatile Workplace Support Specialist to support the Head of Executive Marketing in coordinating and executing events within our clients Customer Experience Center (CEC). You will enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environmentin a varied role with an extensive range of responsibilities and will have proven experience in a similar position. You will be a great communicator, take the initiative, have strong integrity, discretion and be adept at managing a wide range of relationships.
**Qualities and Personal Attributes: Essential**
- Manage the logistics of a programme of events within the CEC, not solely to briefings
- Support the Head of Executive Marketing with any administrative tasks
- Be willing to look for and suggest improvements to procedures, operations and the general use of the space
- Work closely with Head of Executive Marketing on workplace matters and changes
- Be vital support for customer briefings by providing facilities and event support in the CEC
- Manage all catering vendors, menus, orders, staffing and billing to provide onsite food service for customer briefings, sales/partner meetings
- Executes briefing room set up for all customer briefings and sales/partner meetings
- Prepare all customer and account team name badges and nameplates
- Coordinate and order catering for all engagements, including the setup/breakdown and cleanup
- Manage all catering procurement details (coordination for delivery, collection of receipts, and recording billing information)
- Manage pre-engagement arrangements before the start of the briefing
- Provide concierge-style service to all customers; meet and greet customers as they arrive at reception and escort them to the briefing room
- Build cross-functional relationships within the clients organisation
- Coordinate suppliers and internal FM Workplace team to ensure office compliance
- Always looks for ways to be sustainable, following our client’s Environmental Purchasing Policy (EPP)
