**Job description**

**Job Title**:European Road Freight Specialist - Operations

**Job Summary**:
European Road Freight Operations responsibilities include:

- Quoting customers for road freight movements, including customs clearance, transit times and additional services.
- Advising customers on processes including customs processes with the EU.
- Taking bookings, planning the shipment and any auxiliary services including customs clearance.
- Completing the shipments while communicating progress with customers.
- Speaking with partners and colleagues to ensure coverage of shipments, and prevent delays and problems.
- Ensuring documentation is correct for the shipment.
- Providing the correct charging detail to accounts for the shipments completed.
