£9.50 per hour rising to £10.42 from April 2023
20 Days Holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays

**We’re looking for someone who is**
Keen to learn new skills and develop themselves
Driven and wants to grow with the business and take on additional responsibility
Committed; prepared to go above and beyond
Holder of a full UK driving license for over three years
Confident to carry out minor repairs like a wheel change, breakdown support or willing to learn. A mechanical background would be helpful but not essential
**Overall Purpose of Job and what’s required**
To Learn the business from bottom to top.
Providing operational support to the owner/Director
Transportation of children or adults to school, college or day care centres. (you will be required to operate a route in the short term in order to gain experience and learn the business from the ground up)
Provide emergency cover for the transport routes we operate
You will occasionally be required to return vehicles to other branches at Essex and Derby
You should be able to drive company supplied vehicles, which includes - cars, 8 seat people carriers and large wheelchair accessible vehicles (all can be driven on a car licence).
Vehicles and Fuel cards provided (both for company work only)
**Job Role/Specific Responsibilities**
Fleet Management including:
Ordering new vehicles
Organising vehicles for returns
Inspecting vehicles for return and valeting
Maintaining the company database and recording all relevant information as required
Prepare all vehicles to be road ready with appropriate signage and H&S equipment
Plan and organise vehicles Licensing and maintenance
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Work Location: On the road
