We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join the Food First team, part of the Nutrition and Dietetic service based at The Poynt Luton.

**You will have**:
Already gained some Admin experience preferably in the NHS

Ability to handle incoming calls from patients, public and other Health Care Professional in a professional manner

Experience of working as a team to ensure all work is prioritised and actioned in a timely manner

You will need to be a kind and enthusiastic individual who enjoys a varied workload where no two days are the same.

Excellent organisation and time management skills are essential for dealing with a varied and busy workload.

As part of the role you will be arranging clinics for patients in a variety of locations and assisting with other administrative duties as required.

The post holder will work as a member of a wider dietetic team providing administrative support.
2. To take responsibility for ensuring patients are booked in Dietetic clinics in a timely manner.
3. To assist the Dietitians with the administrative of care home and GP audits
4. To efficiently use an electronic patient record, SystmOne, to produce letters and reports according to department procedure.
