**Chef Manager - Healthcare - Braintree**

A leading, dynamic, and well-known contract caterer are looking for a Chef Manager to lead a brigade at a key site in Braintree Essex
**Key Information**:
Location: Braintree, Essex
Contract: Permanent, Full Time Role

**Salary**: £38,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours a week
Large volume fresh food, high end cooking

**Main duties of Role**:

- Managing Finance
- Managing Operations
- Managing People
- Managing Information
- Ensures all food production, service, and safety checks are carried out, as a minimum, to the Company Standard.
- Ensures that all foods produced are fresh, homemade produce, using the standard of ingredients as specified by the Company Purchasing policy.
- Ensures that the minimum standards for food production and service are followed at all times.

**What You Need to Be Successful**:
Experience as a Chef manager with a Healthcare background

Fully financially competent
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Creativity and keen interest in food and cooking
Strong communication skills
