What we do:
Vantage is a brokerage with direct and indirect penetration into the majority of the markets largest funders, we market products through various online streams and have a consistently increasing exposure across the entire market.

The Role:
As part of our wider sales team, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining our existing client base, managing your own portfolio and using your own initiative to maximise all opportunities. You will provide end to end care in your own style for the entire process from enquiry - quoting - fine tuning through to underwriting. With a dedicated admin team to take over from there you will be completely focused on driving the business forward and meeting KPIs. All the leads provided are warm so there is no cold calling. Here are the key responsibilities:

- Prompt and effective responses to incoming leads.
- Demonstrating great product knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Working with the wider team to develop special offers.
- Ensure maximum levels of customer service.
- Compliance with FCA and BVRLA codes of conduct.

About you:
Essential
- Passionate, enthusiastic and money driven.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - especially over the phone.

**Benefits**:

- Salary - negotiable dependent on experience (minimum £24k)
- On target earnings - completely uncapped commission with an achievable income of £50-80k.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
