Max4therm (UK) Ltd are a small friendly independent company offering design and supply of underfloor heating materials to trade and retail customers.

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Administrator to support the company and its existing Sales Team, primarily by processing on-line orders, identifying additional routes to market, and also picking and packing customers’ orders accurately. We are looking for a hardworking, proactive individual who has the initiative to work both on their own and within a small team.

**Essential Functions**:
Another key responsibility will be to assist the company’s warehouse manager. Activities may include the accurate picking and packing of customers’ orders, using online portals to schedule collections and deliveries with couriers or postal service, booking in goods received, and the re-stocking of shelves. The applicant would ideally be physically fit as some heavy lifting may be involved

**Requirements**:

- Previous Sales/Customer Service experience preferred, though not essential
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work alone and use own initiative
- Computer proficient and must be conversant with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
