**_CRM, Data, Financial Services_**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Stakeholder management and project reporting to senior management
- "Go-to" person for all CRM related business queries
- Single point of contact for critical incidents coordinating between internal IT teams and software vendors
- Implementation and adoption of new systems including CRM and PAS
- Perform system configurations and coordinate system developments with vendors
- Assist with reports and data extraction when needed
- Responsible to ensure data integrity is being managed by the relevant Data Owners

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience owning a system or CRM system ideally within financial services
- Data administration and management experience and excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)
- Experience in business analysis to effectively capture stakeholder requirements
- Experience working with private and sensitive personal information
- An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced organization with demanding stakeholders in multiple locations across the globe
