We are looking for an individual to join H E Barnes, a successful and growing business based in Sheffield. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team for a fixed 12 month term to cover parental leave.

**Administrator**
- Reception duties - initial point of contact for visitors to the office. Answer phone calls to the main office number.
- Project support - organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information. Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
- Purchase orders - assist the Procurement Administrator in raising purchase orders
- Accounts administration - assist with raising sales invoices and processing purchase invoices.
- Order and maintain stationery and equipment
- Sort and distribute incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post
- Liaise with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation
- Book rooms and conference facilities
- Use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases
- Prepare documentation for internal process as per ISO Standards
- Liaise with our Health and Safety Forum and Human Resources Coordinator to engage with Learning and Development as necessary
- Any other duties which are required by the business and within the scope of the role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
