Provide effective support to the PCFT Sub-Committee, Partnership Board, and associated Committees in line with the agreed Terms of Reference. Plan, compile and distribute agendas in liaison with the relevant Chair, checking and proof-reading reports, take and distribute minutes, maintain an action tracker and ensure that actions are tracked, communicated and followed-up Support the collation and distribution of monthly performance reports Support the organisation and administration of a range of events Ensure good maintenance of corporate documentation, registers and policies Support with routine business matters in a professional, prompt, and effective manner Deal appropriately with confidential, commercial, contentious, and urgent information, exercising good analytical skills and sound judgement To liaise with senior managers, consultants, clinicians and commissioners regarding information requirements, Key Performance Indicators, referrals, and other appropriate business information Support administration of the shared drive folders ensuring that documents are saved in the correct area and periodically review file management systems
