We’re looking for a passionate senior administrator to join the commissioning team and assist in bringing our vision to life through the Greater Manchester CAMHS Provider Collaborative. You will work with us to manage and shape inpatient services with a shared aim of providing something exceptional for young people and their families.
As part of a close team, you will be able to prioritise your own workload and provide a high level of administrative support as required.
Experience of servicing meetings is essential, including the preparation, collation and circulation of agendas and papers in advance of the meeting. In addition to attending the meetings and producing minutes.
If you have experience of working within a healthcare setting, delivering a high level customer service and the ability to work to deadlines, then look no further.
This is a full time post with agile working enabling home and office bases. Ability to travel to meetings across the whole of Greater Manchester is needed on occasion with mileage expenses being paid the following month.

- Provide effective support to the PCFT Sub-Committee, Partnership Board, and associated Committees in line with the agreed Terms of Reference. Plan, compile and distribute agendas in liaison with the relevant Chair, checking and proof-reading reports, take and distribute minutes, maintain an action tracker and ensure that actions are tracked, communicated and followed-up
- Support the collation and distribution of monthly performance reports
- Support the organisation and administration of a range of events
- Ensure good maintenance of corporate documentation, registers and policies
- Support with routine business matters in a professional, prompt, and effective manner
- Deal appropriately with confidential, commercial, contentious, and urgent information, exercising good analytical skills and sound judgement
- To liaise with senior managers, consultants, clinicians and commissioners regarding information requirements, Key Performance Indicators, referrals, and other appropriate business information
- Support administration of the shared drive folders ensuring that documents are saved in the correct area and periodically review file management systems
