Executive Assistant/administrative Support

Full Time - Part Time Considered
As an executive assistant, you’ll play a key role in Success Local’s next stage of growth by facilitating leadership team activities, whilst also delivering valuable tasks across the business.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1 - Administrative Support - **You will utilise your strong attention to detail and organisational skills to complete a variety of administrative tasks which will vary as the requirements of the business change. This will include tasks such as preparing reports, data reporting, updating CRM systems and cleansing data.
**2 - Secretarial Support To The Leadership Team - **Our leadership team have regular meetings which you’ll support by ensuring an agenda is prepared and cascaded ahead of time, as well as by attending the meetings to take minutes and collate summaries to be shared. You will also be required to support in other areas, such as supplier management, drafting communications and diary management.
**3 - Project Assistance - **Quarterly projects are a large part of how we operate at Success Local, with key tasks completed in each quarter. You will be required to support where possible in the completion of these projects by working alongside leadership team members to collate information and organise activities.
**4 - Office Management - **As well as supporting the leadership team directly, you’ll also take on the responsibility for managing various aspects of the office. This includes ensuring that organisational standards are met, ensuring that meeting rooms are stocked with refreshments, updating our client welcome boards, managing stationary and generally ensuring the office is running smoothly.
**5 - Customer Service Support - **The final core element to the role is supporting with customer service. This will vary to include sending welcome communications when clients sign up and supporting with top-level client contact when required.
**Skills**
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to bring the following skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in a comparable role
- A high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint and Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
- Demonstratable experience delivering at a high level with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to get things done
- Openminded & tendency to look beyond simply what’s asked
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Experience taking and cascading accurate meeting minutes
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Numeracy and literacy accuracy
- Knowledge of EOS® preferred, but not essential
