Location: Chertsey, Surrey

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintenance, support, and training for EDM (Electronic Document Management), DGF’s in-house document repository, and delivery web-based tool.
- Analysis and interpretation of large datasets, ensuring correct processing.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting various issues as they arise.
- Creation of training materials using different media formats.
- Adherence to established deadlines and accountability for task prioritization and delivery.
- Effective communication skills to challenge the status quo and establish best practices.
- Establishment of processes and communication of outcomes to the wider organization.
- Collaboration within a team environment.
- Development of relationships with other DGF UK departments.
- Ensuring all interactions comply with DPDHL Code of Conduct and other compliance requirements, such as anti-corruption measures.
- Contribution to the 'First Choice' continuous improvement program.
- Participation in monthly team briefing sessions.
- Completion of all statutory and mandatory training as required.

- Good administrative and organizational skills
- Results-driven with a high attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and use own initiative
- Excellent written and spoken English
- High level of IT skills, including proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel
- Minimum of 5 GCSE passes including English and Maths
- 1 A level pass A-C or equivalent qualification

**Apprenticeship Qualifications**:
Upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship, at the end of the 2-year FTC, Apprentices will gain the following qualifications:

- Business Administration Level 3

Business administrators possess a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills, and behaviors applicable across sectors. The role involves both independent work and collaboration within a team, focusing on developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving administrative services. Business administrators cultivate skills and behaviors that support their progression toward management responsibilities.
