Business Improvment Manager

Our client is currently looking to recruit for a Business Improvement Manager to join their team on an initial 12 month fix term contract. The Business Improvement Manager will lead the delivery of continuous improvement projects within agreed timescale,budget, and scope. The Business Improvement Manager will take ownership of, and oversee management of, our clients Dynamics 365 programme of work.
**Qualifications/Skills Required for the Business Improvement Manager**:
- MSP
- ITIL
- Prince 2
- Lean Six Sigma
**Key responsibilities for the business Improvement Manager**:
- Lead the delivery of continuous Improvement Projects with agreed timescale, budget and scope in liaison with the Project Delivery Manager and wider business.
- Responsible for ensuring that implementation and outcomes from any continuous improvement initiatives are delivered in line with strategic objectives
- Support a culture of Continuous Improvement which ensures our teams are proactive
- Responsible for the initial research and viability assessment of continuous improvement opportunities with stakeholders.
- Work with senior stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and make recommendations for improvement using appropriate methodologies e.g., Lean Six Sigma.
- Responsibility for user adoption and change management activities in liaison with the Digital Transformation training team.
- Ownership and management of the Dynamics 365 continuous improvement programme of work.
**Key experience for the Business Improvement Manager**:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working as Project Delivery Manager/ Business Improvement Manager/Analyst role
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Project, DevOps or similar preferred
- Extensive knowledge of change projects including business improvement, process design, systems implementations, and data projects
- Extensive knowledge of business improvement and the development lifecycle
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical
- Excellent understanding of project methodologies including Prince 2 and APM
