**Role Overview**:
Join a highly motivated and technically proficient team dedicated to providing top-tier desktop support to front office users across various businesses, including FX, Debt, Emerging Markets, and Corporate Finance. You will assist in supporting all front office technology and projects and help maintain our on-premises remote racked-based compute solutions and the Disaster Recovery site. This role offers exposure to innovative technologies and products in a transformative environment, working alongside seasoned experts in engineering, product, and the wider End User Computing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide consistent customer service for all support queries and adhere to service management principles in an ITIL-based environment.
- Gain a fundamental understanding of remote technologies, including a mix of virtual and physical endpoints.
- Support the technical leadership of the team by assisting in the development and mentoring of junior talent.
- Help prioritize and execute service requests, ensuring assignments are scheduled and completed in a timely manner; assist with upgrades and deployment of new products - both software and hardware.
- Contribute to ticket analysis to identify common issues and trends and support the recommendation of corrective actions to eradicate underlying root causes.
- Collaborate with Desktop and Windows engineering, IT service management, and other teams to support the design and implementation of remedial plans.
- Participate in ad hoc weekend work and the team’s on-call rota as required.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Eagerness to learn trade floor desktop support and managing high-impact incidents.
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/Office 365 suite of products, particularly Excel and Outlook, as well as plugins.
- Familiarity with Market Data/Trading/Execution platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to manage and support VOIP phones, turrets, and mobile devices.
