**Fixed Term Contract**

**Approximately 11 hours per week - covering the weekends - Saturday/Sunday or both.**

**With its Historic Grade II* Listed Tide Mill, Visitor Centre, Mill Café and Outdoor spaces, The Eling Tide Mill Experience has an exciting new opportunity to recruit Café Assistants to work in the Mill Café.**

The Café offers a place to eat and drink for both customers visiting the Eling Tide Mill Experience and local/casual customers.

The main duties include preparing and serving drinks and light snacks, clearing tables, tidying, washing up and cleaning as well as welcoming visitors to the Eling Tide Mill Experience.

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent customer service skills and can demonstrate a keen interest in food and catering. Previous experience of working in a similar busy environment is a desirable requirement for this role, as training will be given.

This role is seasonal and includes weekends, so a flexible approach is needed as cover for sickness and holidays is also required.

Closing Date - 21st June 2024

Interview Date - 26th or 28th June 2024
