Receptionist/administrator

Christchurch Orthodontics is looking for a full-time receptionist to join our established team. We are a busy practice specialising in both NHS and private orthodontic treatment and pride ourselves on our excellent reputation in the local Christchurch and Bournemouth areas.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and general reception skills.
- Ability to effectively manage workload and time.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Dedication, drive, and proactive attitude.
- Confident and adept in interpersonal communication.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with office procedures.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
- Strong team player, capable of collaborating effectively.
The salary is negotiable depending on experience and this is to be discussed further at interview stage with the practice manager/owner.
