Our client based in Christchurch town centre has a requirement for an experienced receptionist to help provide short-term temporary holiday cover from the 03rd May 2024.

You will be required to cover the reception area taking calls and passing through to relevant contacts, taking accurate messages and forwarding them to the right person; you will also be responsible for greeting clients and letting relevant contacts know they have arrived.

You will be asked to assist with some basic administrative tasks to include franking mail and filing.

Applicants will have recent relevant experience and need to have an excellent phone manner; you will be well presented and have good administration and keyboard skills.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 08:30 am till 17:00 pm with an hour for lunch. Cover is required until the 13th May 2024 and you must be able to cover all days. We are able to offer a pay rate of £12.00 per hour.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 2 weeks

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Christchurch: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
