Tectoniks is a Dawsongroup company which design and manufacture a new generation of portable event, industrial, military and cold storage structures.

Due to continued growth we are now recruiting to expand the shop floor team.

The job holder will be responsible for setting up, maintaining and operating light manufacturing machinery and ensuring the efficient running of production.

As the Production Operative you will be responsible for:

- Operating, maintaining and monitoring light manufacturing machinery such as welding and industrial sewing machines

The Production Operative will ideally:

- Come from a têxtile background
- Hold previous manufacturing/production experience
- Worked with manufacturing/production machinery

The successful Shop Floor Operative will have a practical attitude and be a keen leaner who can take control.

Due to the location of the site, your own transport is essential as there are no public transport routes.
