Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a handyman for general maintenance. You will be working in a retirement complex comprising of 46 apartments and communal areas.
- Responsibilities:

- To maintain the buildings, fixture and fittings anywhere within the Court and the grounds.
- Rubbish clearance
- contract management
- Health and safety checks
- Assisting all new Owners when moving to the Court with any tasks within their home.
- Carry out tasks for Owners which have been agreed through the Court Manager or the Duty Manager.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role.
- Sound knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot various maintenance issues effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
