**About the role**

We are proud to be recruiting for this position. Working for One CIC you will provide a Repairs and Maintenance Service to One CIC's property portfolio predominantly in the Brighton and Hove area via work instruction from our maintenance department. We strive to provide excellent customer services to our tenants ensuring a high standard and quality repair service.

Hours to be worked will be from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (plus OOHs/on call via Rota)

28 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holidays

Mobile Phone and Tablet provided

Company pension scheme after qualifying period

**Role requirements/responsibilities**

You must hold a time served trade qualifications and have at least 3 years’ experience

You must have your own tools

You must have a valid clean driving license

You will need to undertake a DBS check

You must be flexible and adaptable

You must be enthusiastic/motivated/self-confident

You must have the ability to work independently

You must have the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, and to respond quickly

A CSCS card or Health and Safety certificate would be advantageous
