- You’ll oversee the company’s risk governance framework to ensure effective risk management practices are in place. You’ll also be involved in developing and implementing the Company’s risk management strategy, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across all business units and functions.

**Your role in the team**
- Establish and maintain a risk governance framework to ensure effective risk management practices are in place
- Establish framework on risk culture and setting the tone from the top including the development, implementation and continuous review of our policies and procedures and risk management training programs
- Develop a risk monitoring and reporting framework on risk exposures for senior management
- Develop a robust risk appetite framework and effectively translating it into actionable guidelines at the functional level, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives and risk management practices.
- Stay current on regulatory changes, industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions and use this information to make informed decisions

**What you’ll need**
- Experience in risk management and contributing to the design and effectiveness of ERM frameworks
- Familiar with core risk management tools, including RCSAs, risk reporting, risk appetite statements, incidents and issues and knowledge of risk governance framework and best practices
- Have strong project management skills and the ability to multi-task on quality work deliverables
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and have a proven track record of managing all levels of stakeholders in a similar role and developing core relationships
