- You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm._

**We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at our new store opening soon in Pontarddulias. We have a range of permanent, part time contracts and would be happy to discuss your availability at interview.**

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

**What you'll do**
- Make our customers happy by answering their questions, talking up Co-op products, working in our in-store bakery and making shopping in your store an incredible experience
- Work together with your store colleagues to solve problems and make everyone's day better - customers, members, and colleagues
- Make sure the store safe and legal - keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
- Help introduce new products and services in the store and make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
- Get involved in all kinds of activities and events to support your local community
