Your role will be to ensure timely issuing of invoices to clients and assist with purchase ledger and administration duties.

**Key duties and responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant will be as follows: -**
- Preparing, producing, and submitting external client invoices accurately and in a timely fashion
- Investigating and resolving client invoice queries and liaising with the internal credit control team
- Raising credit notes in accordance with company policy
- Sending invoices for clients on a daily basis
- Keeping accounting records up to date.
- Maintaining client invoicing requirements such as payment portals
- Providing support with preparation of purchase orders for suppliers
- Assisting with any other duties as and when required
- Processing credit card payments on the Cybersource system

We always support colleagues to develop their skills but to be successful in this job you really do need to already be able to tick most of these boxes

**Essential**:

- Able to work well under pressure and to manage and prioritise a busy workload
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Numerate with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Confident in written and verbal communication

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience working in a training or events environment
- CRM system experience
