**Motus Commercials** is an approved **DAF Commercial Vehicle dealership** located in **Hereford **and is on the lookout for a dedicated **Commercial Vehicle Customer Service Advisor Apprentice** to become a fully qualified **Service Advisor**. As our new Apprentice, **you will join our friendly Team which will see you working 5 days a week Monday to Friday, 09.00 - 17.30 in our approved DAF dealership service reception.**

The rapid evolution of today’s commercial vehicles and technology keeping them running means that first class training for apprentices involved in the vital service and maintenance of these vehicles is more important than ever. This apprentice programme gives you the chance to join the select group of Service Advisors assisting in maintaining some of the most modern, sophisticated vehicles on the road keeping the country running.

We are looking to recruit an **Apprentice** to join the friendly Team to become a **Service** **Advisor** with us at **Motus Commercials DAF** in **Moreton on Lugg, Hereford.**

What Will You Be Doing?

Motus Commercials in **Moreton Business Park, Moreton on Lugg, Hereford** is an approved DAF Dealership who are hiring a new Commercial Vehicle Customer Service Apprentice who can learn how to manage the service reception in an efficient manner ensuring customers vehicles are being maintained to the correct standards.
- Assist with the daily planning of vehicles in the workshop ensuring full utilisation of time available.
- Updating customer on their vehicle progress whilst in our workshop.
- Scheduling services required for customers.
- Dealing with customer queries.
- Exceeding customer expectation by ensuring you are part of a Brilliant Team which provides a quality service to all customers getting their vehicles back on the road to keep our country running.
- To understand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them.
- To undertake hands on training within the Service Department by working with your nominated mentor.
- To embrace all opportunities of learning and developing alongside some of our already Brilliant fully skilled Service Advisors.
- To attend recognised courses of instruction and achieve the correct pass mark for each course.
- To always work to the best of his/her ability.
- To respect the property of the Company and any property for which the Company is responsible, or which is in their care.
- To assist with general housekeeping duties required within the service reception area.
- To enjoy your time as a **Brilliant Colleague** within Motus Commercials.

Who Are We Looking for?

We are looking an apprentice to join our friendly Team who can demonstrate:

- An interest in motor vehicles is desirable.
- Enthusiasm, commitment, and confidence.
- Ability to clearly communicate
- Being highly motivated with an eye for detail.
- That they are driven by their own initiative
- An excellent communicator with the ability to maintain positive relationships.
- Minimum grade C / 5 in English and Maths is preferred.
