Female Mental Health Support Worker

**Pay**: £18.00 Standard Rate - £21.00 per hour Bank Holidays

We are currently recruiting Part time support workers to support an individual with Mental Health needs in the **COMPTON MARTIN **area.

**The Role**

We are committed to Equal opportunities. We currently have a great opportunity for dedicated Care Workers to work with a young lady who has mental health needs. The individual will be living with her parents in her family home, we are looking for Care Workers who can provide **24-hour** support throughout her day.

- Can use some signs or willing to learn (Makaton)

- Personal Care - help me with my hair (its long) Prompting with this
- Medication prompts
- Mealtimes (prompting)
- Understand autism, mental health and eating disorders
- Understanding
- Happy to be sat in silence (when she requests)
- Paint nails

**Schedule**:

- 12 hour shift - 08:00 to 20:00 / 20:00 to 08:00 (Waking Nights)
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Overtime

**Licence/Certification**:

- Mental Health (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)

- £125 once the referred individual has successfully completed their first shift.
- £125 once the referred individual has successfully completed their probation period.
