**A bit about us and the role**:
We are a small family run club, providing gymnastics and trampoline lessons in York and Wetherby. Our club is a community, where the coaches know all the children and everyone gets the same quality of coaching regardless of the number of hours they do or their ability. Our main aim is that children enjoy the lessons

We have grown from 1 class a week to running 5 days a week and are now looking for a Club Co-Ordinator to help us continue to grow the club. This role is a great chance to get to know a small business and shape the role to suit you.

**What you will be doing**:

- Developing the club through a number of projects such as competitions, holiday camps and other activities
- Running the club social media, helping to develop the social media strategy with support from the Directors.
- Working with the Head of Gymnastics to deliver introductory lessons in schools.
- Coaching Trampolining and Gymnastics, initially this will be as an Assistant Coach but will develop to leading your own classes (with full training provided).
- Ensuring safeguarding standards are upheld at all times, with support from the Directors.
- Working proactively to improve the club.

**What we want from you**:

- An interest in running a small business
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to maintain patience and persistence in your work.
- Confidence in dealing with other members of staff and parents
- An interest in coaching gymnastics and trampolining (no previous experience is required).
- Ability to work autonomously, creating your own task list with support from your manager.
- Confident using different IT programmes and learning new systems
- Previous social media experience and / or gymnastics experience would be an advantage.

**Other Details**
- The role is 32 hours per week (including time to complete your apprenticeship).
- Starting salary of £10,000 per annum, with built in progression (up to £19,000 for a Level 1 coach and up to £25,000 for a Level 2 coach).
- You must be over 18 (or 18 within 6 months of your start date).
- The position will be based at Clifton Moor (YO30 4RA), The Mount School (YO24 4DD) and Wetherby High School (LS22 6JS, transport can be provided to Wetherby).
