**Role Outline**:
Reporting to a Learning and Development Manager, this role will cover a range of tasks, including researching, writing and maintaining engaging content across our catalogue, and on our platforms with a focus on compliance and best practice.

Using your excellent research and writing skills, you will work as part of a highly motivated team to produce high-quality, accurate and up to date content that helps our learners be engaged, effective, and safe in their workplace.

**Key responsibilities**:
- You will create effective learning experiences across our catalogue of compliance and best practice training courses.- You will work as part of a highly motivated team to produce high-quality, accurate and up-to-date courses that help our learners to be engaged, effective, and safe in their workplace.- You will play a key part in evaluating learner engagement and propose innovative solutions to improve the impact of our training. This will include interpreting data and recommending appropriate strategies to develop the learning experience.- You will use your understanding of customer needs to design appropriate learning interventions.- You will work with our digital media team to create media content to support course learning outcomes - including animations, videos and illustrations.- You will write engaging articles for our resources platform, the Hub, and other external publications.- You may be required to take on additional areas of responsibility. This may include leading the production of a course, project or process.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Outstanding writing and editing skills, with an ability to write technical content in an easily accessible format.- The ability to analyse data to support decision-making.- The ability to continually innovate and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.- The ability to comprehend and critically evaluate when researching across multiple sources, including legislative and regulatory guidance.- Strong attention to detail.- The ability to provide feedback to others.- The ability to plan and prioritise your workload and meet project deliverables.- The ability to confidently communicate and manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
