If so, the commercial department based at ZSL Whipsnade Zoo is seeking several Seasonal Hosts to join our Retail, Admissions, Hullabazoo Indoor Play and Car Park teams.

**Overview**The Zoological Society of London (ZSL), a charity founded in 1826, is a world-renowned centre of excellence for conservation science and applied conservation. **Role Profile**

As a Seasonal Visitor Services Host, you will help to create lifelong memorable experiences for our visitors, supporting our vision for a World Where Wildlife Thrives. Working in a variety of positions, you will drive repeat visits by delivering the highestpossible standards of customer service, presentation, and product knowledge in a fun, safe environment.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Experience in a customer service role (beneficial).
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
- Experience in cash handling (beneficial).
- Excellent communication, listening and motivational skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience of Retail and Admissions till Systems (beneficial).
- Must be flexible and able to work weekends, holidays, and special events.
