Auction Office Assistant

Based in Lancing, Shoreham Vehicle Auctions is the South's largest independent vehicle auction selling over 12000 vehicles a year for many blue chip companies. You will be working in an exciting, fast paced office with short deadlines. Attention to detail very important

**Main Purpose of job**:
**Main responsibilities**:

- Ability to liaise with both our own Buyers and Vendors ensuring all paperwork is managed appropriately
- Log all Vehicle details accurately on the auction database
- Ensure the Admin Dept deals with all vehicle queries and accurately records the information
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as necessary to meet the needs of the business.

- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable
- Excel and Word experience essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
