We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join a fast paced and global construction company on a 12 month contract in Central London

**About the role**:
**JOB TITLE**:Administrator**
JOB TYPE**:12 months FTC, Full Time**
HOURS**:08.30am - 17:00pm**
SALARY**:£33,000 - £35,000**
LOCATION**:Central London

**DUTIES**:

- Supporting the ongoing provision of the learning and training function of the business
- Working with the HR team, plan, deliver and review all training needs in line with company competency requirements
- Ensure that all statutory and compliance training requirements are met and employees are booked onto appropriate courses
- Identify future training and development requirements through job analysis, review of appraisals and communication with Line Managers
- Update and manage training matrixes for each role and Business unit
- Act as main point of contact for all training related questions
- Act as main point of contact for training requirements relating to undergraduates, apprenticeships and other work placements
- Provide monthly reports and activity statistics to the HR Director and HR Manager
- Maintain accurate records on the HRIS and LMS including all course bookings, attendance/non-attendance, certificates, expiry dates and production of reports when requested

**Experience, knowledge and skills required**
- CIPD Learning & Development Foundation Certificate/Diploma level 3 or equivalent would be beneficial but is not essential
- Previous experience of administration within a busy department
- Previous experience of using HR Information Systems and Learning Management Systems - Desirable
- Strong IT skills in particular Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Have ability to plan and prioritise workload
- Keen to learn and gain new skills and abilities
- Excellent organisational skills
- High standards of attention to detail
