**Client Services Manager**
Location: Brighton, East Sussex (Open to hybrid working)

**Job Type**: Full Time, Permanent

**Salary**: £33,680-£46,478 per annum DOE

**About you**It's our mission to develop a Client Services function which harnesses transparent, collaborative partnerships, supporting the seamless delivery of Vero's services, enabling growth and high levels of client retention.

You'll achieve this by building a dynamic and knowledgeable core team of experts. You inspire your team to be performing at their very best, guiding, supporting, and developing their expertise whilst instilling ownership and accountability.

- Driving a high performing team, supporting others to achieve personal and business success
- Creating a motivated and engaged team through provision of clear direction and effective leadership
- Promoting an adaptable and resilient team through championing change initiatives and driving continuous improvement
- Successful implementation of the Client Services Strategy
- Resolution of escalated Client complaints
- Collaboration with HR on the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Ensuring compliance with the company's Data Protection, Information Security, Health & Safety, Dignity at Work and IT Acceptable Use policies and associated procedures at all times.

**Responsibilities [tasks you are responsible for delivering]**
- Effective day to day running of the team including work allocation, resource planning and team productivity
- Providing timely and constructive feedback ensuring all probation reviews, check-ins and performance reviews are completed within agreed timescales and documented
- Identify training and development needs, working collaboratively with others to implement personal development and/or improvement plans for team members
- Manage probation, performance, absence, welfare and conduct issues in line with company policy and procedure. Escalate any persistent issues and seek timely advice and guidance
- Cascade and share key information and business updates to the team constructively and in a timely manner through regular team huddles and monthly team meetings, encouraging face to face contact.
- Positively support and successfully implement change and improvement initiatives
- Management of projects i.e. price changes, and new product launches
- Reporting on trends i.e. work volumes, complaints/feedback and product uptake.
- Attending larger client meetings, i.e. reviews, global rollouts
- Supporting the Sales team through product knowledge, i.e. RFP presentations.

**Key skills, qualifications and experience**
- 2+ Years' experience in an account/ relationship management role
- 1+ Years' experience in people management

Experience in employment screening would be beneficial but comprehensive training will be provided.
