We design, manufacture, supply, install and service the UK’s most comprehensive range of automated door systems and aluminium shop-fronts in our production facility outside Glasgow to a wide range of organisations and Customers throughout the UK, including many Blue Chip end-users, Main Contractors, Developers and specialist Façade & Fabricator providers.
- Reporting to the Warehouse and Transport Manager you will be required to action the packing and dispatch of products and material.
- Supervise and action all goods receiving processes whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Supervise and action the packing and despatch of all operator systems, spare parts, supply only orders, projects and 24/7 van stock
- Liaise with Central Planning before shipping to confirm projects are ready for install as per customer requests
- Coordinate the Scheduling and collection of consignments by collect customers and local Coleshill Hub installers.
- Supervise and coordinate the accurate and timely receipt of all materials from suppliers.
- Supervise the unloading of fabricated doors and glass and coordinate the onward loading as directed by project Managers and installers.
- Control the supply and disposal of skips in order to sustain the 5S of the external area of the Facility.
- Ensure that all shipping records are completed accurately to provide high levels of database integrity.
- Ensure Project Managers and Hubs are aware of ALL projects shipping/Collected from Coleshill on a daily Basis
- Update Record Direct with delivery information of all supply only projects being shipped in a timely manner
- Coordinate and supervise all physical warehouse inventory and van stock counts as directed by management with high levels of accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor and coordinate the re-order of shipping consumables with suppliers to minimise stock outs.
- Ensure that you work in accordance with 5S principles to ensure that the stores and bulk stores areas are clean, tidy, organised and controlled.
- Supervise the Health & Safety of dispatch staff and visitors to your areas of responsibility and maintain 100% compliance to Company H&S processes, procedures and principles.
- Ensure that you and the team adhere to all company Health, safety and environmental policies and procedures at all times.
- You may be required to undertake tasks outside of those detailed above as directed by the Management team.

**Essential Criteria**
- Sage 200 experience
- 5 years warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment
- High standard of written and spoken communication
- Ability to work under pressure within a fast paced environment.
- Good organisational skills
- High level of computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and outlook.
- Proven ability in a similar environment

**Additional Information**

Hours: 40 hours per week.

Holidays: 33 Days

**Salary**: Negotiable - dependent on experience.
