**Warehouse Team Leader**

You don't need to come from our sector or even know our products, we will support you with a great onboarding experience and encourage you onto our TP development scheme.

We are planning long term, so we are looking for future Assistant Branch Managers, so if you are willing to learn every aspect of branch life, are hard working and ambitious, we would love to hear from you.

The role

You’ll be responsible for a team of warehouse colleagues, ensuring the highest quality of service to our customers at all times. As Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll make sure stock levels are maintained to meet customer requirements and sales targets, and also provide a contact point for customer and colleague queries.

What we are looking for

Ideally, you’ll have experience in a similar team leader role in a sales and goods inwards environment. You’ll have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, with a solid understanding of health and safety requirements.
