**Maintenance Supervisor**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- Ensure all plant on site is regularly maintained through management of resources (people & plant) by use of Planned Maintenance on SAP
- Provide defect maintenance service which will ensure that faulty plant and equipment will be rectified as quickly as possible
- Maintain safe working practices, including strict control of Permit to Work system/contractor control thereby ensuring that internal maintenance team and 3rd party contractors carry out work in a safe manner
- Control of costs to the maintenance budget and maximize productivity through supervision of the workforce
- Engage and control of contractors for civil, mechanical, instrument and electrical work without scope of internal maintenance team
- Maximizing productivity of the maintenance function

**What makes you great**
- City & Guilds equivalent time served in Mechanical, electrical or instrument disciplines
- Knowledge of standards covering plant maintenance and SHEQ
- Knowledge of relevant maintenance systems and administration procedures
- Experience of man-management. Good communication skills and able to prioritize workload
- Knowledge of appropriate regulatory and legislative requirements to the role
- Significant experience of plant maintenance and cylinder filing operations
